I’ve been thinking all day of the best way to cook them that doesn’t involve the Big Green Egg. I’m out of lump charcoal and if you’re going to fire up the BGE, you should plan to cook other stuff. It can hold its heat for 24 hours.
I really just want a great burger. I don’t want to go to the hardware store for charcoal today. I really don’t care to cook anything else. I have a gas grill that works great.
But I know that the best burger comes off a BGE. Been there. Done that.
The finest things in life always come at a cost. Shortcuts are not found on the high road.
It’s the narrow road that leads to a life of abundance.
Why does a burger craving have to be so philosophical?
