Better Than Pie

At O’Charley’s last night Will kept flipping through the Rolodex of pies. Each card had a big picture of a slice of pie. Of course after 20 minutes of pie viewing, what did he want?

The marketing/mind control department at the O’Charley’s headquarters knows what they are doing.

Life coaches will tell you to visualize what you want. Cut out a picture of the red convertible corvette, tape it to your mirror and imagine driving it. Do this everyday.

This auto suggestion creates a powerful force in your psyche that can ultimately manifest itself into the physical reality of your desire. Napoleon Hill mastered this concept in Think and Grow Rich.

What if we taped Scriptures to our mirrors and read them everyday?

Scriptures such as:

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. (Philippians 4:13).

My God shall supply all of my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:19).

Greater is He that is within me than he that is in the world. (1 John 4:4).

God always causes me to triumph in Christ Jesus. (2 Corinthians 2:14).

I will be made rich in every way so I can be generous on every occasion.
(2 Corinthians 9:11)

I trust in God and will never lack any good thing. (Psalm 34:10)

I am more than a conqueror through Him Who loves me (Romans 8:37).

I am the head and not the tail; I am above only and not beneath
(Deuteronomy 28:13).

I am blessed coming in and going out. (Deuteronomy 28:6)

We would tap into the supernatural and powerful Word of God agreeing with Him and what He said about us.

These things are already true.

Wouldn’t it be sweet if you believed them?
