Every Knee and Every Tongue

This verse is one of the boldest, most glorious, yet saddest truths in the Bible.

EVERY knee will bow and every tongue will confess Jesus as Lord and Savior. However, for many it’ll be too late and involuntary, done with sorrow and despair. That causes me sadness, because that decision could be made now.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” John‬ ‭3:16‬ ‭

“For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans‬ ‭6:23‬ ‭

It’s a simple choice. We are ALL going to end up at the same place – the feet of Jesus – bowing our knees and confessing with our tongues that He’s Lord and Savior. No one gets around this day. Some will do it with joy, some with ultimate despair.
